On September 29, the company and Luodian County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau formally signed the "Franchise Agreement on the Domestic Waste Incineration Power Generation Project of Luodian County". The Luodian project is located in Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. The total treatment scale of the project is 700 tons of domestic waste/day, and the total investment of the project is about 300 million yuan.
