On June 28, Wenzhou Kitchen Waste Comprehensive Treatment Project was officially put into trial operation.

Wenzhou Kitchen Waste Comprehensive Treatment Project is one of the 8 pilot zones for urban kitchen waste treatment program and also a key project of Wenzhou City. Designed with a daily kitchen waste treatment capacity of 200 tons, this project adopts “pre-treatment+anaerobic fermentation” technology; it has a total investment of 120 million Yuan and is designed with an daily average kitchen waste collection and transportation capacity of 220 tons.
