The Project is designed to realize a scale of daily kitchen waste collected and transported of 100 tons, and waste edible fat and oil of 15 tons. The long-term design scale is daily kitchen waste collected and transported of 200 tons, and waste edible fat and oil of 30 tons. In the Project, the dedicated kitchen waste collection and transportation vehicles will be used to collect and transport the kitchen waste of the cooperating catering units at a fixed place and time.
