Weiming Environment Protection’s investment in and construction of waste incinerator in BOT model (build-operate-transfer) has significantly driven waste power generation industry towards the market and commercialization. The Wenzhou Dongzhuang Waste Incineration Power Plant invested in 1999 has opened up the history BOT investment in waste incineration and power generation by domestic private enterprises.
