Weiming’s subsidiary of Weiming Environment Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise, a provincial-level enterprise institute in Zhejiang, and one of the waste incineration equipment manufacturers with the leading scales and technologies in China at present. It mainly Produces MSW incineration boilers, flue gas cleaning facilities and other waste trentment set equipment which have been applied in the projects of Weiming. Owing to its abundant operating experience and great efforts in technology innovation these years, it has been matured in production. Weiming produces series of Multicolumn Reciprocating Grates ranging from160t/d to 750t/d to meet specific needs. Its “600T/D Multicolumn Two-section Reciprocating Grate” has been evaluated National Key Product by four ministries. Multicolumn Reciprocating Grate is composed of reverse pushing grate and forward pushing grate in which garbage is burned basically on the reverse pushing grate and then dropped to the forward pushing grate for sustained buring with the ultimate loss of ignition under 3%.
The grate is tailored to the characteristic of MSW in china of high moisture, low calorific and unsorted on which the garbage can be burned stably and completely without any accelerant.
Based on the distribution uniformity of the material layer and good levelness of fire bed, the grate can run continuously for a long time and the total operation time per year amounts to 8000 hours. The grate is connected tightly and easy to be adjusted. Due to the distinctive modularity, the grate can be tailored to meet various requirement of different projects.
Weiming used independently developed waste incineration technology and developed the first fully domestically manufactured waste incineration boiler, bridging a technological gap in China. Through integrating a range of combustion technology at home and in the world, we use our independently owned core technologies in developing a large variety and multiple type of waste incineration boiler in accordance with the incineration performance required by different type of waste, the different features of fuel used for burning waste in different cities, climate conditions, and regional characteristics. Among them all, our vertical, horizontal, and π-shaped innovative boilers are able to meet with the demands of different projects. Currently our boiler R&D has obtained 9 patents for invention and 36 patents for utility models, ranking top in the industry.
Our flue gas treatment system has employed the cutting-edge technology applied overseas and has adopted the combination of “SNCR denitration+ semi-dry process, dry deacidification+activated carbon absorption+bag dedusting+SCR denitration+wet deacidification”. This system is comprised of our independently manufactured SNCR denitration system, lime pulping system, spray drying absorbing tower, spray selection system, dry flue gas purification system, activated carbon injection equipment, bag dedusting, SCR denitration system, and fly ash transportation system. Furthermore, our flue gas purification system can also be customized to meet with the specific needs of a particular project.
After the treatment, flue gas discharge is above national standard, and dioxin content is also above the EU standard. With automatic online monitoring and networking with Ministry of Environmental Protection, real-time flue gas discharge monitoring is therefore achieved.
Weiming has an automatic control laboratory, dedicated to software development, system design, complete programming and commissioning of electric control equipment, engineering installation and technical services of the automatic control system in the urban household waste incineration and power generation industry. Weiming insists on independent research, development and self-innovation, and has built partnerships with the world-famous automation companies, e. g. ABB, GE. Currently our automation control production line has covered all aspects of automation control in waste incineration power plant, including the factory-wide DCS control system, ACCS grate control system, flue gas treatment system, water treatment system, and supervisory information system.
Weiming also has a big data collection and monitoring center, which adopts self-independent developed SIS system and carries out the “full-coverage monitoring” of all operating projects of Weiming and collects the data to the management center of the company at the real time. It further improves the monitoring informationization and technicalization level of the company.
Weiming independently designs and manufactures low-voltage complete equipment related to the automatic control system. At present, 3 series of electrical products of the company including low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet, low-voltage power-supply cabinet, and low-voltage distribution box, have passed the CCC certification of China Quality Certification Center.
Weiming Environment Protection Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Weiming, is dedicated to regional environment research and development. Neighboring to Shanghai, it has attracted a number of outstanding technicians in establishing a superior R&D team who are devoted to the research of new technology, new skill, and new products to address the environment protection demand of daily waste, hazardous waste, industrial waste, and solid agricultural and forestry waste. We have also established close technological cooperation with a variety of science research institutes in conducting environment protection technology research and development and providing technological services, engineering services, operating services, and testing services.
Weiming has established long-term strategic partnership with the design institutes, project construction and installation enterprises, and equipment providers; its subordinates are mainly engaged in the manufacturing of equipment incineration plant to ensure real-time supply of equipment for project construction. We have a highly experienced engineering team that can offer scientific project construction and management.
In 2009, the construction of Qionghai Waste Power Plant in Hainan Province in the form of EPC general contracting commenced and completed in the same year, creating the record of shortest construction duration in comparison with the construction of other power plants with the similar scale. Shortened construction period also cuts down construction cost and effectively cuts down the total investment needed. For the recent few years, Weiming has won the engineering contracting and operation and management projects in Dongming of Shandong Province, Suichang of Zhejiang Province, and other places.
